Bidgerdii Medical Clinics

Transportation is available for eligible Bidgerdii patients travelling to our Medical Clinics to ensure access to essential medical care.

The service is solely for medical appointments to attend Bidgerdii, it is unavailable for personal trips.

 

Eligibility

To access the Transport Service, clients must meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • Children (MUST be accompanied by a parent or consenting adult).
  • Elderly or frail individuals (one carer may accompany).
  • Clients with a chronic disease (e.g., diabetes, respiratory, heart conditions).
  • Individuals with a disability.

Booking Process

  • All bookings are arranged through our Reception team.
  • When booking, please provide your pick-up address.
  • Please ensure you are ready for pick-up at the confirmed time and address.
  • Where possible, clients should wait out the front of their premises for collection.
  • If transport is no longer needed, clients must notify reception as soon as possible.
  • Services are subject to availability and priority needs.

Note: Transport pick up services conclude at 3.30pm daily.
