Hydrotherapy group sessions are held weekly.

  • Hydrotherapy is beneficial for chronic musculoskeletal conditions ie. back pain, arthritis and join problems. The warm water therapy relaxes muscles, reduces pain and stiffness and can improve circulation.

If required (for qualifying clients), Physiotherapy can be organised to restore movement, relieve pain and manage chronic conditions.

Podiatry

Our In-House Podiatrist provides expert foot care to support mobility, prevent complications, and manage chronic conditions affecting the feet and lower limbs.

From routine care to specialised treatment plans, our Podiatrist helps clients from Rockhampton, Mount Morgan and Blackwater maintain foot health and overall wellbeing.

In collaboration with James Cook University (Blackwater) and Central Queensland University (Rockhampton), student-led clinics are held throughout the year under the guidance of mentors. These clinics provide students with valuable hands-on patient experience while also deepening their understanding of delivering culturally appropriate care.
