We offer transport assistance to help children and families get to the Rockhampton Children & Family Centre, making access to our services easier and more convenient.
Transport is solely for program-related activities; the service is unavailable for personal trips.
Transport services are available for eligible Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families to travel to the centre, organised events, and appointments.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or consenting adult.
All bookings are arranged through our transport officer.
If the transport officer is unavailable, please book through Reception.
When booking, please provide your pick-up address and telephone number.
Please ensure you are ready for pick-up at the confirmed time and location.
Clients should wait outside for pick-up and notify us as soon as possible if transport is no longer needed.
Additional transport support may be provided for family support clients; this is situation dependent.
Note: Transport services conclude at 4.00pm daily.
